Web Panel Discussion: Guidelines for Student Exchange, Dual/Double & Joint Degree Programmes
Event Information
How to initiate a double degree programme? What are the challenges and pitfalls in establishing student exchange programmes between India and Germany? What is the difference between a joint PhD and a cotutelle?
The DAAD Regional Office New Delhi has jointly worked with an Indo-German group of experts on guidelines for student exchange, dual/double and joint degree programs in the Indo-German set-up. Representatives from German and Indian higher education institutions and other experts compiled information, assessed, discussed and compared the legal regulations and contributed their expertise on implementing international academic collaboration programmes between Indian and German higher education institutions.
Join the experts of the working group for an online panel discussion and the launch of the online publication Indo-German Higher Education Cooperation: Guidelines for Student Exchange, Dual/Double and Joint Degree Programmes.
In the panel discussions the experts will share their expertise on structured exchange programmes and their take-aways from the discussion in the working group. Get an insight into the publication that aims to offer a practical support focussing on challenges and barriers and highlights points to consider when setting up a structured exchange programme.
